Celebrating Julia Dyer (Sweitzer’s) Promotion to Studio Lead

It’s my deepest pleasure to officially announce the promotion of Julia Dyer (Sweitzer) to Studio Lead at Ellevated Outcomes. Please note the “official” mention. Julia has been doing this job for the past year, and it’s time we’ve taken it public.

As the Studio Lead, Julia is responsible for the performance of our Advisory Practice: managing, leading, and allocating resources to reach our revenue targets and Annual Plan initiatives. She will maintain her responsibilities as a Strategist. In other words: if you’re her client, fear not. Nothing changes for you.

If you’re someone who follows our Ellevated Outcomes BTS reveals, you may recall that in 2025 we set an Annual Plan objective for me to shed admin and managerial responsibilities.

So two months later when it was time for Annual Reviews, Julia managed her career and asked for the opportunity: “I want to be trained in how you want a manager to look, act, and feel at this company.”

She understood: being a leader and manager at Ellevated Outcomes may look different than her past experiences. Her self-awareness and humilty on this point was key for me.

Alongside asking for the opportunity, her performance as a Strategist is unparalleled. She maintains a full client portfolio (sometimes over capactiy) and has exceeds every metric and standard that we’ve outlined for a Strategist. And then there’s her managing up, taking initiative for the greater good, and her bottomless feedback cup.

Julia sets the Ellevated Outcomes standard for being professional, sophisticated, and approachable, both internally and externally. She exudes true confidence, which makes her egoless in escalation and seeking help, to ensure continuous development and knowledge transfer for all. Over the past year, Julia has become integral to Ellevated Outcomes’ brand, team, and our growth.

Please join me in congratulating Julia on this well-earned promotion!
