Close More Dream Deals
I just completed a summer project, which took me through pulling apart and putting back together 6.5 years of detailed client data. Through this, I stumbled across an insight I hadn’t realized:
36% of our Advisory Practice clients come to us with a goal of leveling up their dream clients and projects.
They’re making money but feel dissatisfied creatively, knowing they could be doing higher-quality dream work with higher-caliber clients. I find this desire so striking. Don’t you? When it comes to signing new clients, projects, or deals, most people approach prospect meetings all wrong. They’re too scripted, leaving little room for 2-way traction. OR to the contrary, they’re too open-ended, approaching the meeting as “We’ll just have a chat and see how it goes.”
