Our Advisory Practice Has 1 New Client Opening for Summer!
Happy start to summer… hooray! In honor of the unofficial change in seasons, I wanted to share a fun little thing we did this spring: a pizza party and photoshoot with our Nashville clients, captured by Guillaume Lechat.
(Sidenote: don’t worry non-Nashville clients, we’re planning our Client Appreciation Event in the fall, so we’ll see you at that party).
But back to our people and pizza… during the launch of our Small Business MBA, our clients generously used their socials and networks to promote our new product. So we had a pizza party (food. we always have food) to say thank you.
A few weeks ago, I introduced Madyson McClure, whose role and superpower in Ellevated Outcomes is Client Delight. She plans and thoughtfully makes introductions across our client ecosystem, and she brought this event to life. I’d like to present her also as an author on this blog – specifically today, speaking to her execution of Client Delight and connections within our ecosystem.
A huge perk of our partnership with small business owners is the ecosystem they become a part of, among other entrepreneurs we serve. Our client ecosystem has become a melting pot of some of the most brilliant, creative, and uplifting individuals.
We find that each time we create space for our clients to collaborate and talk business with one another, they walk away feeling connected to other smart, like-minded business owners. It gives them a chance to peel away from the day-to-day and feel connection to a greater small business cause. The energy and collaborations that happen are so special, and we all feel it.
We get to do intimate work on their business strategies and see them continue growing into their potential, but there’s another side of the equation. Because our clients are so smart and so creative, they push us to up our game, every single day. It’s truly win-win.
We are all continuously impressed and feel lucky to be among these humans, which makes us want to keep delighting them in business and personal ways.
Our client delight not only involves uninterrupted time devoted to doing technical work for their businesses, but also knowing them as individuals. We learn how they feel supported and celebrated. So a big part of my job is figuring out how to support them in thoughtful and personal ways and promote their work to our world and network. It’s a full, personalized experience.

Because our work and experience is so in-depth, we’re extremely careful about capacity and client load. So after being full for the past 4 months, we’re so excited that our Advisory Practice has 1 opening for this summer. If you’re a small business owner who’s been following along for awhile and thinking about getting in touch but haven’t yet, we’d love to talk to you if you have…
- Been in business 2-6 years.
- Hit an income plateau. If you’re a solopreneur, that’s often $60K, or $80K-100K with a little contracted help. For those with a few employees, it’s often the $250K or $500K hurdle.
- And/or… you’re really smart and doing great, but you want an accelerator. We’re finding that this is true for an increasing number of our new clients: they’re doing an excellent job! But they know that outsourcing strategy will make their growth more efficient and effective.
“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
– Aristotle
Our year long engagement and the deep challenging work we do throughout the year enables us to get to know our clients personally, and their businesses intimately.
While the business outcomes are great, the relationships forged are so enriching, on both ends. It is such an honor, and honestly so. much. fun. to be a behind-the-scenes part of the success story of so many small businesses and creative entrepreneurs. And better yet the relationships and effects are multiplying far beyond us, with each connection we make and brilliant client we add.
If you’re ready to work hard and go far together, join us.
