Celebrating Cara Jackson’s 1 Year Anniversary with Us
Though I don’t have a particular reason why, I’m really excited for the close of 2024 and rush of this holiday season. Sometimes these bouts of stress and squeezing in all the things can be fun and energizing. Activity whirlwinds can be good! And our team kicked off this month of festivities with one that’s near and dear to our hearts: the 1 year anniversary of Cara Jackson, with Ellevated Outcomes.
For any of you who have been following along, you know the long, slow (but worth it!) story of how Cara came to us. TLDR: Lots of “dating” and some good-natured rejection along the way. Which is just fine by me; I’m a long game gal.
When I think about the past year with Cara on our team, 3 things come to mind. She…
1. Brings the energy.
If you’re in Cara’s orbit, you know that she brings energy, fun, and lightness to everything she does and everyone she touches. I can think of no greater compliment than what one of her clients told me:
The work that I did with your team last year was the same, but with Cara guiding me, everything just feels so much easier and lighter.
I thought this was such a gorgeous depiction of her energy – and as someone who doesn’t have this skillset, ha – I found it so lovely, touching, and accurate.
2. Is our Renewal Queen.
Given the feedback shared above, it shouldn’t be a surprise how much her clients loooooooooove her. Here are some numbers for a little more context: across our organization, our client renewal target is 60%. This minimum KPI tells us we’re selecting clients well, delivering tangible outcomes, and building personal relationships that delight our clients. In her first year with us, Cara had an 88% renewal rate.
EIGHTY-EIGHT, PEOPLE.
3. Has been dubbed our Culture Carrier.
From day 1, Cara just got it. Not only our business – the service we provide to clients. But our values. Intentionality. How we do things internally, alongside externally. She’s always reading between the lines (in a positive way) and recognizes the thought, preparation, and details that make this organization what it is. She recruited Julia to our team and took the responsibility onto herself of wrapping our values around her.
Happy 1 Year Anniversary, Cara. We’re so happy you’re with us.
