How Do I Make My Small Business Profitable?
Over the past few weeks, you may have noticed that I’ve been hovering around a central theme: making your business profitable. Though I haven’t specifically used the word “profitability” (that’s a record for me, ha!), I’ve offered results, why’s, and how’s, leading to this one goal: make more real money. And by real money, I mean not just revenue, but profit.
And on that theme, I’m going to share a little brain teaser…
What do you think this is?
Okay, I have to admit: I’m going to be a little cheeky / annoying, and wait until Thursday to tell you, during
The Profitability Paradox: When to Turn Away a Client.
It’s a class I’m teaching live online Thursday, January 27th at 5P EST / 4P CST. (The class will be complimentary, as it’s a precursor to our Small Business MBA, which we will be launching in February.)
It is so nerdy, but this chart may be my favorite in the whole business world, as it is one of the extremely few universal business truths. It gives a business transformational information that changes everything else we do (of course I include Ellevated Outcomes in that). I feel like I need to call myself out and say: I know that I sound like I’m exaggerating, but I couldn’t be more sincere in this statement.
Knowing what the red zone is and what’s in yours will be the information to make your business profitable. Sign up here to receive the login details in your email on Thursday. And if you can’t make it live, no problem; you’ll receive the recording on Friday, as long as you register. It’s been awhile since I’ve taken the “professor stand” : ) and I really can’t wait!
PS – comment below with your answer to the brain teaser!
