The Ellevated Outcomes Small Business MBA: How to Price Your Products & Services
We’ve been sharing bits of this in face to face conversations and on Instagram, but today I’m excited to officially share with you that in February, we’re launching the Ellevated Outcomes Small Business MBA. We are starting with simplicity, offering a course that we know gets small businesses the biggest bang for their (literal) buck: How to Price Your Products & Services.
Over the past year, I’ve thought a lot about how we reach more of the 31.1 million small businesses in the US, who are solopreneurs or <10 employees. PS – if you’re curious about how much money they make, we have a downloadable for you.
I’ve come to terms with a market share reality: there’s only a fraction of these 30M+ people who are right for our extremely intimate Advisory Practice – and vice versa. Our intense 1-1 work isn’t the right fit for everyone. That statement isn’t good nor bad, it’s just true. And that’s totally okay! It’s taken me awhile, but I’ve begun to accept that we can reach and teach more people in a different setting. I want more small businesses to have MBA-level knowledge and tools. Because I believe that when one of us does better, all of us do better.
In February, we will be launching the Ellevated Outcomes Small Business MBA with one paramount, foundational course:
How to Price Your Products & Services.
Since I love talking about money (ha!), I will be the professor. I will be teaching this course for small businesses far and wide, so that more people can receive the financial and life benefits.
While the course syllabus itself has been 6 months in the making, I personally have worked on this content for 12 years (really). I’m so excited to teach it widely because it can make the difference in a small business’s financial future. It feels like simplicity. Like clarity. Like you have the confidence that you’re at the right place in your market.
If you want to know more – or have a friend, family member, or colleague who should – please sign up here. We’re releasing more details each week of January, including a complimentary workshop next week: When to Turn Away a Client. I can’t wait to see you. How to price.
PS – Like I said, this course has been 12 years + 6 months in the making. Therefore, you could say: I’m a little too close to the subject (to put it mildly).
I’m adding the final touches as we speak, and I’d love your help to make sure that all the most important questions, weaknesses, and fears(!) are covered. Would you take this 2 minute survey to ensure that the content addresses all of those things? I thank you so much!
