Welcoming Ajanta Kalyanpur to Ellevated Outcomes
It is my deepest pleasure to announce that Ajanta Kalyanpur has joined the Ellevated Outcomes team as a Strategist. And… just wait. You’re going to fall off your seat when you hear her background.
I met Ajanta 2 years ago through Whitney Williams, one of my favorite women and colleagues in Nashville. Whitney called me and said: “I have someone I want you to speak to. She’s seeking informational interviews to think through her next career move, and I can see her at Ellevated Outcomes. I don’t know if it’ll turn into anything, but she’s fantastic, and I want her to know your business exists.” Fast forward to concluding a Zoom with Ajanta, and I silently pleaded to the Universe: “Please let Ajanta want to work at Ellevated Outomes.”
Well, you know what they say: timing is everything. It took longer than I would’ve liked (ha!) but two years later, we’ve arrived. So without further ado, please allow me to introduce our newest Strategist Ajanta Kalyanpur…
Ajanta is a Client Strategist with over two decades of experience in finance, real estate, and retail design and development. She brings a blend of analytical rigor and real-world execution, with a track record of translating business goals into measurable results.
She began her career in New York City investment banking, launching her career in financial analysis, client management, and communication. Seeking a more creative dimension to her work, she moved to Los Angeles and transitioned into retail development and design. Ajanta led retail expansion for prominent direct-to-consumer brands Reformation and Cotopaxi. She oversaw projects domestically and internationally, negotiating complex deals, and helping bring brand visions to life in physical form.
She earned her MBA from The Wharton School, and studied Economics and International Relations at Tufts University. Ajanta pairs disciplined strategic thinking with a global perspective. She’s energized by tackling tough problems, spotting connections others overlook, and transforming ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Ajanta’s equally comfortable in a boardroom, on a construction site, or mapping expansion strategy on a whiteboard. She cares deeply about impact and takes pride in seeing her work through to completion.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Ajanta is especially passionate about guiding small business owners. She draws on her diverse career and entrepreneurial roots to help them navigate obstacles, scale thoughtfully, and thrive.
Ajanta currently calls Austin home, where she lives with her husband. When she’s not working, you might catch her hiking Lady Bird Lake, traveling internationally and exploring new cultures, geeking out over interior design and architecture, or losing herself in a philosophy podcast or a great sci-fi novel.
